It's Bowls Season!

Spring is here, and that can only mean one thing – it's bowls season again at Gressenhall Bowls Club!

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re opening our gates on Sunday 13th April at 2pm for anyone who would like to come and try their hand at lawn bowls. Whether you're a complete beginner or just a bit rusty, everyone is welcome to come along, have a go, and experience what our club is all about.

Over the past few weeks, the team has been hard at work getting the green in tip-top shape, and we’re proud to say it’s looking fantastic – ready for what’s shaping up to be an amazing season of bowls. Big thanks to everyone who helped – your effort and care really shine through!

But more than the game itself, what really makes Gressenhall Bowls Club special is the sense of community. As the sun (hopefully!) begins to shine more often, we’re excited to come together again – enjoying the outdoors, sharing laughs, catching up with friends, and of course, getting in some friendly competition with other clubs in the area.

Whether you come for the bowls, the banter, or just a bit of fresh air and company, there’s a place for you here. No equipment needed – just bring yourself and some flat-soled shoes if you have them.

We can't wait to see some new faces, reconnect with familiar ones, and kick off the season with plenty of fun and laughter.
